Global Bond Market SA · Switzerland — structuring · Chronos engine

Sovereign-grade bonds, serviced by mathematics.

A bond market where the ledger is the register, the coupon engine is fixed-point and auditor-reproducible, and a payment can never be missed, doubled, or made from money that isn't there. Issuance to maturity, every euro accounted for — the token records the bond; the signed contract prevails.

The engine

From mandate to maturity, one rail

Chronos runs the entire life of a bond with the discipline institutions require and the transparency ledgers make possible.

1

Structure & underwrite

Terms are set with a licensed underwriter; the Contract & Terms is generated and cryptographically signed — the signature is verifiable by anyone, forever.

2

Issue on the register

The series goes on-ledger with the document's fingerprint bound in. Units are frozen by default; nothing moves except through the registrar.

3

Subscribe atomically

Payment and allocation settle in a single transaction — the investor pays and receives in the same instant, or nothing happens at all.

4

Service automatically

Coupons and redemption are computed in exact integer arithmetic over the live holder register — behind a solvency gate: no payment run starts that cannot finish.

Duty of care

Commitments here are designed to be programmable — pre-funded, on-chain guaranteed streams whose every release is publicly verifiable. Not a pledge in a report: a schedule in mathematics.

The company

Built for Swiss standards

Global Bond Market SA is being structured in Switzerland — the one jurisdiction where the token is the security in permanent federal law.

Ledger-based securities

Art. 973d Swiss CO (DLT Act, 2021): securities that exist and transfer via the ledger with full legal effect — permanent law, not a pilot regime.

The licence path

Technology provider today → FinTech licence → DLT trading facility (FinMIA ch. 4a). Public-chain settlement has Swiss precedent since 2025.

The precedent buyers

The World Bank issued a CHF 200M digital bond on Swiss DLT infrastructure, settled in central-bank money. Sovereign issuance on these rails is history, not hypothesis.

The engine's proof

Chronos has taken bonds from draft to maturity on these rails — every coupon exact, every payment on a public ledger, solvency-gated end to end.
